What is your return policy?

For purchases from clikvalve.com, request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible unopened items must be unused, include every component and original packaging, and have proof of purchase.

Eligible unopened returns incur a 15% restocking fee, except for defective items or fulfillment errors. Nondefective opened returns incur a 20% repacking fee plus return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is covered only for defects or fulfillment errors.

Gift cards, international orders, and returns beyond the 30-day window are excluded. Improper handling damage is excluded unless the item is defective.
