How do I start a return or exchange?

    Starting a return is super easy! If your items meet the criteria in our return policy (unused and within [30 days]), simply reach out to our support team at clik@clikvalve.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

    We will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send you instructions on how and where to ship your items back to us.
If you just need to exchange an item (like swapping for a different valve length), let us know in your message and we will get you sorted out!
