Installation Guide: Tubeless Valve & Pump Head Kit

Upgrading your wheelset to Clik Valve is a quick process. Here is how to get your new tubeless valves and pump head adapter installed:
Installing the Valves:

  1. Remove the old: Deflate your tire, unseat the bead, and remove your old tubeless valves. Clean out any gunk left behind in the rim hole.
  2. Install the Clik stem: Push the Clik aluminum valve stem through the rim hole. Slide on the O-ring, then tighten the locknut down by hand until it is snug against the rim.
  3. Insert the core: Thread the Clik Hi-Flow core into the stem and tighten it down.
  4. Seat the tire: Add your tubeless sealant, pop the tire bead back onto the rim, and get ready to pump!

Installing the Pump Head Adapter: There are two ways to attach the included pump head adapter to your floor pump:

  • Option A (Clamp on): Simply lock your existing pump head (set to the Schrader setting) directly onto the threaded base of the Clik adapter.
  • Option B (Direct hose fit): If your pump hose allows, you can cut off your old pump head and push the hose directly over the barbed end of the Clik adapter, securing it with the hose nut
